Reimagining a client’s mobile app to refresh the enrollment and arrival experiences for international travelers.

Project Summary

Our team was asked to update and reimagine the client’s existing mobile app to take advantage of updated technology and address the increasing needs of the growing user base.

I helped lead a team of 21 people spread across 8 disciplines to conduct research, analyze findings, update the design system, and develop new features for the client’s mobile app.

With an improved enrollment and interview scheduling process, a new AI chatbot assistant, and a few other new features, our reimagined mobile app improves clarity and transparency, increases user control, streamlines arduous processes, and utilizes new technology to improve the overall user experience.

I coordinated, collaborated with, and managed the overall project, specific teams, and individual team members to ensure on-time delivery of all project components for bi-weekly client meetings and a final presentation.
